Rafał Lorenz, a chef from Warsaw, quarter-finalist of Top Chef, culinary advisor, is a chef by choice and passion. His cooking programme is inspired by perfect classic recipes and the application of most modern cooking technology.
The most recent menu for 2016 includes steak tartare with a touch of cherry wood smoke as well as a French delicacy: sweetbread sous vide fried in burnt butter. Our menu features local produce, fish, honey and cheese are the basis for the preparation of delicious and healthy dishes. Our chef prefers natural, home-made produce which is the basis for his dishes; they are not only the delights of the palate, but also solace for the soul.
Children are important guests in our restaurant too. Special menu will definitely satiate their appetites.
The Scandinavia restaurant serves breakfast and dinner buffet.
Delicious, varied menu and a wonderful view over an old park changing with seasons guarantee a good start of the day to our guests with the first sip of aromatic coffee as well as a wind down after an eventful day the evening.
